On paper this fixture should secure three points for Spurs. Tottenham's declared goal to secure fourth place seems closer than ever since their rivals Liverpool were humbled by Wigan on Monday. Luka Modric has already stated that a successful season for them would be to win the FA Cup and claim fourth spot in the Premier League.
Modric reached the top of his form with a fantastic goal against Everton two weeks ago after he had returned from the broken leg that he suffered back in August of this season.
Blackburn have an awful away record, especially against sides near the top of the table, while Spurs have only conceded one goal at home in their last six matches.
Redknapp has a selection headache as he must decide which two of his three in-form strikers (Pavlyuchenko, Modric, Crouch) will start the game.

Recommended bets
Sam Allardyce's team have won just one of their 14 league away games this season. Since Blackburn's main problem away from home has been finding the back of the net, backing less than 2.5 goals at odds of 2 or above looks like a good value bet.
Another good bet for this match might be Tottenham to beat the Asian handicap (-1.50) available at odds above 2.30.
Luka Modric to be first goalscorer at odds of 10.0 also looks like an interesting bet.
You can also consider backing a 2-0 correct score available at odds of 5/1 on Bet 365 or Tottenham Hotspurs to win to Nil at odds of 2.25, available on Paddy Power.
